Petro6E&C is managed by very experienced engineers Lead Engineers with over 25 years of international experience. They have worked in the past, with multinational design firms, operating companies and EPIC contractors bringing in a very rich perspective to execute projects on par with international engineering companies.

In order to meet upcoming project commitment, Petro6E&C looking for candidates from Oil and Gas Industries for various positions as listed below

Candidates should have Experience in Engineering Design (Conceptual, FEED, Basic and Detailed Engineering Design) and have knowledge in relevant international and local codes & standards, client standard engineering practices, good communication skills and pro-active approach with positive thinking.

(ii) Lead Engineers (LE) 10 – 12 years ME/M-Tech/BE/B-Tech
(iii) Senior Engineers (SE) 07 – 10 years ME/M-Tech/BE/B-Tech
(iv) Engineers(E) 03 – 06 years ME/M-Tech/BE/B-Tech
(v) Lead Designers(LD) 15 – 20 years Diploma
(vi) Senior Designers (SE) 10 – 15 years Diploma
(vii) Designers (D) 06 – 09 years Diploma / ITI Draft’s mech
(viii) Draftsmen 03 – 05 years Diploma / ITI Draft’s mech

Professional Experience:

Process Engineering:

Experience in performing process simulations using HYSYS is essential. Exposure to Process Hazard / Risk Analysis HAZOP / HAZID / SIL studies and preparing close-outs is advantageous. Responsibilities includes development of HMB, PFD’s, P&ID’s, UFD’s, equipment sizing, line sizing, preparation of process data sheets and specification for equipment & instruments, pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures, operating and maintenance manuals etc. Good working knowledge in relevant ASME, API, ANSI, DIN, BS, IS, OISD, NFPA codes and standards is must. Hands-on working in Aspen Hysys, Flaresim/net, Pipesim/net, HTRI, HTFS software’s is essential.

Mechanical Engineering:

Experience in performing design calculations using PV Elite is essential. Exposure to Process Hazard / Risk Analysis HAZOP / HAZID studies and preparing close-outs is advantageous. Familiarisation in preparation of shop drawings for fabrication of vessels, exchangers etc are advantageous. Responsibilities includes preparation of design calculations, bill of material, datasheets, specifications, request for quotations, conducting vendor drawing reviews and vendor design evaluation etc. Good working knowledge in relevant ASME, API, ANSI, DIN, BS, IS, OISD, NFPA codes and standards is must. Hands-on working in PV Ellite, Codecalc, Compress, HTRI, HTFS software’s is essential.

Piping Engineering:

Experience in performing stress analysis using Caesar-II is essential. Exposure to Process Hazard / Risk Analysis, HAZOP / HAZID studies and preparing close-outs is advantageous. Familiarisation in preparation of shop drawings for fabrication for piping, pipe support is advantageous. Responsibilities includes preparation of Piping Material Take offs, design calculations, bill of material, datasheets for piping specialty items, specifications, request for quotations, conducting vendor drawing reviews and vendor design evaluation, review of layout, piping GADs, ISOs, Pipe Support drawings etc. Good working knowledge in relevant ASME, API, ANSI, DIN, BS, IS, OISD codes and standards is must. Hands-on working in Caesar – II, PDMS, PDS software’s is essential.

Electrical Engineering:

Experience in performing design calculations using E-Tap / E-Des is essential. Exposure to Process Hazard / Risk Analysis, Hazardous Area Classification, HAZOP / HAZID studies and preparing close-outs is advantageous. Responsibilities includes preparation of single line diagrams, schematic diagrams, load flow analysis, short circuit analysis, motor starting analysis, transient stability analysis, ground grid design, relay coordination and setting calculations, transformers, MCC’s, cable sizing, lighting calculations, electrical equipment specification and layout, datasheets for electrical items, specifications, request for quotations, conducting vendor drawing reviews and vendor design evaluation etc. Good working knowledge in relevant ASME, API, ANSI, DIN, BS, IS, OISD, NEC, IEC, IP codes and standards is must. Hands-on working in E-Tap, E-Des, CYME, lighting calcs software’s is essential.

Instrumentation Engineering:

Experience in performing design calculations using Instrucal is essential. Exposure to Process Hazard / Risk Analysis, Hazardous Area Classification, HAZOP / HAZID / SIL studies and preparing close-outs is advantageous. Responsibilities includes preparation of Instrument Index, hook-ups, inter connecting diagrams, block diagrams, instrument datasheets, specifications, request for quotations, conducting vendor drawing reviews and vendor design evaluation etc. Extensive experience of DCS / SGS / F&G systems is essential, as is experience of SCADA and communication networks is required. Good working knowledge in relevant ASME, API, ANSI, DIN, BS, IS, OISD, IEC, NEC, IP codes and standards is must. Hands-on working in Instrucal, Intools is essential.

Structural / Civil Engineering:

Experience in performing design calculations using SACS, Stadd Pro is essential. Exposure to Process Hazard / Risk Analysis HAZOP / HAZID studies and preparing close-outs is advantageous. Familiarisation in preparation of shop drawings for offshore jacket, topside, steel structures, pipe racks etc are advantageous. Responsibilities includes preparation of design calculations, bill of material, datasheets, specifications, request for quotations, conducting vendor drawing reviews and vendor design evaluation etc. Good working knowledge in relevant ASME, API, ANSI, DIN, BS, IS, OISD codes and standards is must. Hands-on working in SACS, Stadd Pro software’s is essential.
